A beautiful house in a wonderful location, which is perfectly situated for walking, or exploring by car the Exmoor locality. We were greeted at the door and given a tour of the stunning house, before being taken to our room. The house is very relaxed and roomy, the bed comfortable and the breakfasts plentiful and well cooked. Lots of nice little touches, such as a boot room just inside the front door, and an honesty system for purchasing alcohol or specialist coffees etc, without "rip-off" prices. A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable two days, with a definite intention of returning.

Country House Hotel in all but name We have been before and so knew what to expect. Don't be fooled by the B&B label. This a country house hotel but without the dining option. Breakfast is excellent and sets you up for the day. The views are fantastic and, if you just want to relax and read it is the perfect ambience for doing so. If you bring back a takeaway you are provided with plates etc. There is also an honesty bar which includes cheeses/ham etc. Guy, the owner, is a charming chap and because it is still not season, was waiting at breakfast. Bedrooms all have huge televisions if you can ytear yourself away from the view.

Bossington Hall itself is simply stunning, the building, the grounds, our room, all fabulous. Amazing views across to Porlock and Exmoor, which is just a magical place. The manager and staff, super helpful and friendly. We were after a couple of days of peace and quiet to recharge our batteries, we couldn't have found a more relaxing location. | Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Wonderful place for a relaxing luxury break 😀 - Gorgeous location within walking distance of the beach, pubs, restaurants and many amazing local walks. Guy also directed us to Dunkery Beacon, a short drive away, and a dark sky reserve where the stargazing is phenomenal. The Hall itself is a splendid building, and the interior has been designed and furnished with incredible attention to detail. Superb bedrooms, huge bathrooms, comfortable lounge areas and a boot room for muddy boots, guests can find complete relaxation here. Breakfast at Bossington is an amazing event, with everything carefully sourced and freshly prepared, really fabulous. We will definitely be back, and would recommend a visit to Bossington Hall to to anyone looking for a relaxing and super-comfortable break in a beautiful part of the world. 😞 - Nothing, loved it all

We have an exclusive use Sauna for hire by the hour (£25), and a range of treatments from our practitioners who can tailor a package just for you or your partner. 1 Hour massage is just £60 in the private treatment room.

Feeling a bit more revitalised after your blissful night’s sleep? Feel the need to get the heart pumping a bit?

Why not make use of our own Hard Tennis Court (racquets and balls provided) in the garden, or the Grade II listed & Oldest, Private Squash Court in England, complete with unusual Maple walls as well as floor.
